A few tips on chocolates!

Hi  All,

Although I put in a lot of imagination in making and packing of  chocolates made in "Chocolics", it really does ruin everything when you open a box of chocolates only to find them squishy, melted and difficult to pick one out  from the box.

Looking at weather in India it can get extremely hot and difficult to work with chocolates during summers. Preserving them in right temperature is important.

Another thing to keep in mind is to keep them away from direct sunlight or to store them in a dry cool place, water can be a big enemy for chocolates.
Therefore to give you a few tips on keeping them perfectly delicious you need to make sure these chocolates are kept at a temperature between 14-16 degree celcius.

We usually suggest to stick to hard centre chocolates as these are easier to manage as compared to soft centre (liquid) chocolates during peak summer time.

And the most important tip: make sure you keep them safe before you get to know someone else has wiped them out for you ;);)

Only if god did justice to our weather by trying some of these heavenly creations ;) it  would have been soo much easier to come up with some beautifully  crafted "chocolate" pieces during this time of the year.

  1. absolutely well said priyanka...in fact what can be added is that even if chocolates are kept in refrigerator then too they are bound to loose their taste...I think keeping chocolates in a cool dry place (as you said) is a better option than refrigeration
